What happens when the 30 days are over?
We get in touch to activate your plan. If you haven't decided yet, your account becomes read-only for 15 days: you can see everything but can't create records. After that, access is locked. We never delete your data automatically.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. Just your name, your email and your company's basic details. Nothing is charged during the trial.
Do you charge per user?
No. The plan is per company and includes as many users as you need.
Can I issue electronic invoices during the trial? (Colombia)
During the trial you work with an internal numbering so you can learn the whole flow. Electronic invoicing with the DIAN is set up when you activate the plan.
What if I need something custom?
The base price covers everything above. Work specific to your business (for example, a process with its own steps) is quoted separately and in writing before we start; with AI we deliver it in days or weeks, not months.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no minimum term. You can export your information before closing your account.
